David Pomerantz has 21 years of experience in strategic planning, finance, operations, business process re-engineering, and performance improvement. Mr. Pomerantz joined Clear Financial Solutions as a Partner in March 2005. Prior to joining, he was providing consulting services for small to middle-market companies in the areas of finance, financial management, performance enhancement, strategic planning and execution, management and incentive compensation.

Mr. Pomerantz has advised a variety of Fortune 500 companies. Most recently he was Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for General Solutions, LTD. While there, he directed, administered and coordinated all activities of the operations organization and created structures and processes to manage current operations and plan for future growth. He also orchestrated dramatic improvement in on-time delivery from 37.9% to 94.5% in seven months which led to a strong improvement in customer satisfaction and an estimated 10% to 25% increase in sales. As CFO, he directed the organization’s financial planning, accounting, HR and administrative practices and relations with lending institutions and financial advisors. Additionally, Mr. Pomerantz has held various senior roles with Mann Frankfort Stein and Lipp Advisors, PRS International, Tyco International, Watt Industries, and Jamko Service Corporation.

Mr. Pomerantz is an active member of the community. He is a member of the MIT Enterprise Forum and MIT Enterprise Cornerstone Group. He has served on the boards of Camp Young Judaea, Inc. and Congregation Brith Shalom. He has also volunteered for Search Homeless Shelter, Patrice House and the House of Tiny Treasures. David received a Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration from the University of Texas – Austin.
