Steven Plumb began his consultancy in 1992 as President of Steven M. Plumb, P.C. In 1997 he created Orchard Consulting Group, Inc. Mr. Plumb has over 24 years of experience
in accounting, operations, finance and marketing. Various
clients have benefited from Mr. Plumb’s deep experience
in strategic planning, investment portfolio management,
SEC reporting, budgeting, capital formation, financial analysis,
and CFO services.
Mr. Plumb has demonstrated his ability to improve profitability
and efficiency with a wide variety of companies including
Fortune 500 organizations, life sciences, high tech, medical and utility companies,
distribution, real estate, construction, governmental entities,
and non-profit organizations. Prior to forming Clear Financial
Solutions, he was Chief Financial Officer for ADVENTRIX
Pharmaceuticals. Under his leadership, the management team
successfully raised a total of $20 million in new capital
over 18 months. Additionally, he played an integral role
in managing the process for the company to become listed
on the American Stock Exchange. Previous to ADVENTRIX, he
held various roles with the Big 4 and was the CFO for DePelchin
Children’s Center.
Mr. Plumb is very active in the Houston community. He is
a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants,
Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Houston
Chapter of Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants
and BioHouston. He is also a member of the Board of Directors
of the Jewish Community Center of Houston and Treasurer
of the Spay Neuter Assistance Program. Mr. Plumb earned
a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from
the University of Texas – Austin. |
